Publish GreensMan app from Visual Studio

In Solution Explorer, right-click your project and select Publish.

In the Pick a publish target dialog box, choose App Service.

Click "Create Profile"

In the Create Profile dialog box, apply each field.
Click "Create a SQL Database".
